While still in high school, Amia founded Germ-A-Phobe Professional Cleaning with a simple mission: to create cleaner, healthier, and safer environments for families, businesses, schools, and facilities throughout Hampton Roads.

What started as a vision quickly grew into a professional cleaning company focused on health-first cleaning practices, customer service excellence, and community trust.

Today, Amia oversees company operations, business development, client relationships, marketing initiatives, quality assurance standards, and strategic growth efforts. She has built Germ-A-Phobe around professional protocols, accountability, and a commitment to raising cleanliness standards across the region.

In addition to operating a growing business, Amia has earned scholarship opportunities from respected colleges and universities, demonstrating the same dedication to academic achievement that she brings to entrepreneurship.

Under her leadership, Germ-A-Phobe Professional Cleaning has served residential and commercial clients while developing specialized cleaning programs focused on sanitation, infection prevention, and facility health.
